The Morgan Eagles traveled to Eden to face the Bulldogs. This was a highly anticipated game for both teams. Both teams rely on spread offense to put points on the board. But the Eagles defense went to work early as they were able to stop the Bulldogs several times in the first half with a 20- 0 lead. The Eagles offense produced four touchdowns in the air and four touchdowns on the ground for the night. Some key stats were: Derik Davenport rushed seven times for 119 yards with a TD, he completed a pass for a TD, he caught a 43 yard TD pass, on defense he had 8 tackles, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Ivan Alvarez scored 2 TDs on the ground and passed for 2 TDs, on defense he 12 tackles and a forced fumble. Adrian Vera-Rico scored a rushing TD and had 15 tackles and a forced fumble. Kason Sims and Dathen Davenport each caught a TD pass. Manuel Muniz added a rushing TD. The Eagles defense was very stanching and their pressure from their rushers was key to stopping the Bulldogs. Those rushers were Keylan Watts 6 tackles, Adrian Vera-Rico 12 tackles, and Dathen Davenport 6 tackles. It was a great game for the Eagles. They will host Johnson County Sports Association for Homecoming next week. Go Eagles!

Final Score 53-20
