As of September 1st, Senate Bill 12 requires our students to have signed permission slips on file in order to participate in school counseling services, school health-related services, and school sponsored clubs. Last week we sent home three forms for you to review and sign in order to give or withhold consent. Your student will not be able to access any of these services until we have these back.
Please call the school to speak to the principal if you have any questions or concerns. Extra forms are located in the counselors office.
