Morgan ISD - Bluebonnet Learning Beacon District

Morgan ISD is proud to announce that we have been designated a Bluebonnet Learning Beacon District and will receive the Texas Education Agency's Bluebonnet Beacons Grant for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 school years. This is a very selective designation that comes with $100,000 per year as the grant award and is awarded to school districts that have demonstrated instructional excellence and innovative change management.
